We feel incredibly lucky to have found Highgate Hill Vet and wouldn’t trust our two dogs with anyone else. Dr Emil has supported us through everything including injuries and accidents, annual check ups, desexing, dental care - always with compassion and kindness. We’ve never felt rushed and it’s clear how deeply the whole team cares about the wellbeing of our girls. The staff are warm, the pricing is fair and the level of care is top tier. Highly recommend.

Our dog had a chronic ear infection for 4 years. A previous local vet had charged us a fortune for swabs and sent us home with ear cleaner and antibiotics without more than cursory glance every time. The infection destroyed his ear drum. One visit with Dr Emil who gave him a thorough exam and we had a diagnosis of chronic fungal infection. Dr cleaned and flushed his ears under anaesthetic and filled them with anti fungal gel and for the first time in 4 years our dog was infection free. His ear drum healed and he is like a new dog. I highly recommend this vet surgery.

If you want the highest quality care for your pet then you go here, definitely the best veterinarian surgery I've been to. Saved two of my cats. Came in on his day off to save one of them and it was in a bad way. Thanks Highgate Hill vet,

I can’t recommend Dr Georgie Webster highly enough. From the moment we walked in, Dr Georgie was warm, caring and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them with so much kindness and compassion. It’s reassuring to have a vet who is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to make owners feel informed and at ease. Thank you, Dr Georgie, for the excellent care. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a fantastic vet!

Honestly, the best vet I found. Not only other staff amazing but you can see how much they genuinely care for your pets. Also, they don't do unnecessary procedures and do only as needed and not focus on sales. The staff are beyond amazing. I drive from Ipswich because that's how good they are and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% worth the drive. If you love your pets, then you will love these guys.

A superior vet practice. Dr Emil saw Archie for many years, seeing us through MANY health concerns from managing haemorrhagic gastroenteritis, bladder stone removal, and a discrete amputation of a “toe” for melanoma. Expert and compassionate care also given by Dr Renee and front nursing staff Ally and Emma. In Archie’s final years, Dr Hannah did the most amazing surgery following his being attacked on the street by a dog: a highly traumatic event that was managed with decisive action and sophisticated surgical skill. Hannah and team recently euthanised 13 year old Archie, which was handled as well as that kind of procedure can be: incredibly caring, slow; and generous. I miss my little guy so much, and the Highgate Hill Vet team kept him happy and healthy up to the end.

Emil is an exceptional vet who truly takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring towards both pets and their owners. My 10-year-old Cavoodle, Poppy, suffered a complete CCL rupture, and thanks to Emil and the wonderful team at Highgate Hill Vet, she is now walking comfortably and pain-free again. I’m so grateful for the care and support they provided throughout the entire process.
